13.00 – 14.00: Art as Commons – a talk by Gesa Helms and Leigh French
Join Gesa and Leigh, members of Variant Editorial Group, for a talk about their recent study on culture, communication and democracy in Scotland.

14.30 – 17.30: Divergence and Antagonism: cultural policy and practice as enclosure? – a workshop with Gesa Helms and Leigh French
An invitation to cultural practitioners, artist-run and self-organised groups, co-operative and collaborative practices, to participate in a dialogical workshop to explore experiences and concerns over discursive practices and organisational stance in the arts in Scotland, and how these relate to self-organised and co-operative practices.
14.30 – 17.30: Design in Common Action with Jonathan Baxter et al
